Focus Records

Focus Records is a calendar of the lock and blocking sessions you've finished, going back 6 months.

Tap a day to see its sessions and how much time you reclaimed. If you've set a daily goal, each day shows whether you stayed under it.

1. On the Home tab, find the Focus Records card.
2. Tap View records.
3. Move between months, and tap a day to see its details.
