Schedule a phone lock

Set your phone to lock itself at the same times each week, like every weeknight at bedtime. A Device Lock schedule locks the whole phone for the time window you set.

Once a scheduled lock starts, it can't be ended early. Emergency calls still work.

The free plan allows 2 schedules. Premium allows as many as you like.

1. Open the Schedule tab and tap Add Schedule.
2. Give it a name, like Evening Wind Down.
3. Choose Device Lock as the type.
4. Set a start and end time, and pick the days under Repeat on.
5. If you want the lock to continue after your phone restarts, turn on Lock after restart.
6. Tap Save Schedule. If the time window has already started and has at least 5 minutes left, the app offers to start it now.
7. Use the switch on a schedule to turn it off without deleting it.
