Daily app limits

Give an app a daily time allowance. Once you've used it up, the app is blocked until midnight.

You can get a reminder 5 minutes before your time runs out.

On the free plan a limit can be up to 2 hours a day, and a short ad plays when you save one. Premium allows limits up to 24 hours.

Daily limits need the Usage access and Accessibility permissions.

1. On the Home tab, tap Manage on the Today's limits card. You can also tap the hourglass next to an app on the Statistics tab.
2. Tap Add a limit and pick an app.
3. Set how much time it gets each day, and turn the reminder on if you want one.
4. Save. Limits reset every night at midnight.
