App Groups

App Groups let you pick a whole set of apps with one tap, on the Block tab and when you build a schedule. Tapping a group adds its apps to your selection.

There are six ready-made groups: Social, Video & TV, Games, News & Browse, Shopping, and Music & Audio. Mindful Lock sorts your apps into them automatically, and you can add or remove apps from any of them.

You can also make your own, like Study or Work, with a name and an icon. The free plan allows 1 group of your own. Premium allows 10.

On the Block tab, the Last time card brings back the apps and mode from your previous session.

You can reorder groups and hide the ones you don't use.
