How bedtime scheduling works

Open the Schedule tab and tap the button to add a new schedule.

Choose Device Lock to lock the whole phone during your sleep hours.

Set your bedtime start time, wake-up end time, and active days of the week.

Turn on Lock after restart if you want the lock to continue after a restart, then save.
